Asian Pork Burgers

1 teaspoon dried basil
1 dried red chili
1/2 teaspoon laos
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 egg
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons agave nectar
600 grams ground pork
1/3 cup dried bread crumbs


In a small bowl thoroughly mix all of the ingredients except the pork and bread crumbs.

In a larger bowl combine the mixture with the pork and enough breadcrumbs to form a workable mixture.

Shape into patties and cook to your liking.

Serve topped with a thin pineapple slice
