2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
8 peaches cut into wedges

3/4 cup flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 tablespoons butter, cold, cut into 3/8" cubes
Preheat oven to 375°F and butter a 3 quart baking dish.
Stir flour and sugar in a bowl and add peaches and blueberries. Toss to mix well and pour into prepared dish.
Place the dry topping ingredients in a bowl and add the butter. Blend with a pastry cutter or fingers till the mixture resembles coarse meal.
Spread the topping over the fruit mixture and bake in the upper third of the oven until the filling is bubbling and the topping is crisp and golden, about 35 - 45 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature with good vanilla ice cream.
