10 fudge brownies
150 grams Mascarpone cheese
4 tablespoons field berry curd
3 tablespoons agave nectar
Combine berries in a bowl. Sprinkle lightly with sugar is desired and refigerate.
Combine cheese, curd and syrup. Mix well adding more syrup to achieve desired consistency
Place brownie in a serving dish, add a dollop of cheese mixture and about 1/3 cup of berries
