3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 large cauliflower, separated into florets
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 pinch black pepper to taste
1 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly coat large oven-proof casserole dish with oil.
In large plastic bag, place garlic, oil, fish sauce, and cauliflower. Shake to mix. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Season with pepper, to taste.
Bake 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Heat oven to broil. Place casserole under broiler 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
