Shrimp Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

10 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 3/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon dried kale
1 1/4 teaspoons ground mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
10 slices bread
1 1/2 cups corn kernels, thawed if necessary
2 cups cooked shrimp
8 ounces Jaarlsburg cheese slices

Preparation

Remove the crust from the bread and cut into 1/2" to 3/4" dice. Cut the cheese into thin strips. Whisk the eggs, milk, parsley, mustard and salt.

Grease a 9" x 13" baking dish Preheat the oven to 325

layer bread cubes, shrimp and cheese; pour egg mixture over top. Bake, uncovered, for 65 - 70 minutes or until mixture is set and top is puffed and golden.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
