2 tablespoons onion, chopped finely
1 tablespoon fennel, chopped finely
50 grams smoked turkey
2 tablespoons Mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons blue cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
10 drops sriracha
Sauté the celery, onion, and fennel in very little fat (a little pocket of fat from the turkey is often enough).
Add turkey and heat through.
Stir in the cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha and cook till well mixed.
Serve on toasted whole wheat sandwich bread adorned to suit your taste.
Could be used as a spread or dip. Add some chives for appearance.
