Spinach salad with blueberries and feta cheese

250 grams baby spinach, washed (about 8 cups)
1 cup fresh blueberries
150 grams feta cheese, about 1/2 cup rinsed and crumbled
almonds sliced, (toasted optional)
-- Dressing --
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon black pepper


In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients.

Place spinach, blueberries and feta cheese in a large bowl.

Toss the salad with the dressing and serve topped with a sprinkle of slivered almonds.
