1 can red salmon
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Sauté white part of onion in very little olive oil.
Add contents of salmon can reserving skin and liquid for cat treats. Heat through

Serve on toast garnished with lettuce.
