Whole Wheat Yogurt Pancakes

2 servings


1 cup flour, whole wheat pastry
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon flour, whole wheat pastry *


Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl - set aside.

Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk.

Add wet to dry and stir until combined.

Pour by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle brushed with butter.

*Add this a bit at a time until the batter attains the consistency that you want
3 pancakes per serving.
