approx 10 cups
4 oz chicken livers
1 cup water (or, preferably, more if your cat will eat it with more water)
2 eggs - use the yolk raw but lightly cook the white
5000 milligram fish oil DO NOT use cod liver oil!
400 IU Vitamin E (powdered E in capsules is the easiest to use)
50 milligram Vitamin B-complex (capsules or tablets)
2,000 milligram taurine (use powdered - either in capsules or loose)
1/2 teaspoon regular salt (sodium chloride) with iodine.
Trim any large deposits of fat and reserve for schmaltz. Cook the thighs at 400°For about 12 minutes to reduce surface contaminants
Cut up about half of he raw meat into 1/2" chunks. Grind the remaining meat, bones, and 1/2 of the skin.
Dissolve the vitamins in warm water. Bring to a simmer and lightly cook the egg whites. Let cool and stir in the yolks.
Mix all ingredients, package, and freeze.
The food should be frozen for 2 days before use.
